Middlegate Station to Austin, NV

Last night we rolled into Middlegate Station around 7:30. It was like we travelled back in time. They had one pub and general store plus a "motel" that had rooms in two trailers. We when inside and read Scripture and chatted with the folks. A guy came in and played a bunch of songs with his guitar. I spoke with this guy until closing. Turns out he was the caretaker of the joint so he come over to me and says, "Hey, you guys can stay in the hotel rooms tonight.. no charge." Again, God uses regular people to bless other in life. God be praised.

The picture on the right is actually from the town we biked to today, Austin, NV. We ate here before arriving at the local Baptist church. The folks here had a Bible Study presentation from Focus on the Family at 6:00, so we attended. Afterward we made chocolate chip cookies and had coffee. God is Good...! Continue to pray for us!!
